Journal 7: Using Assessment Practices

Implementing various assessments helped me better track student progress and understand their strengths and areas for improvement. I learned that feedback plays a very important role in the learning process. It helps learners grow and improve because it makes them aware of what they are doing well and what they need to work on. In the future, I will ensure that my assessments are fair and informative by aligning them with objectives and providing clear rubrics for proper and transparent evaluation.
