Journal 6: Assisting and Participating in School Programs and Activities

My participation in school programs taught me that a teacher’s role goes beyond classroom instruction. Teachers are active contributors to school culture, helping create a positive and engaging environment for students. These experiences improved my communication and collaboration skills since I had to coordinate with fellow teachers, students, and staff. Co-curricular activities reinforce classroom learning by allowing students to apply their knowledge in real-life, interactive, and meaningful ways.
