Journal 11: Accomplishing Exit and Evaluation Forms

The evaluation process helped me become more aware of my strengths and the areas I need to improve. I openly accepted constructive criticism because I believe that growth comes from both positive feedback and challenges. As the saying goes, “It takes both sun and rain for a flower to grow,” and I see myself as that flower continuously learning. Completing exit documents helped me reflect deeply on my entire internship experience and see how much I have grown. Moving forward, I will use the feedback I received as a guide to continuously improve my skills and become a better educator.
