Journal 10: Building Networking and Linkages

Building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders had a positive impact on my teaching experience. I was surrounded by supportive people, especially my co-student teachers, who made me feel that I truly belonged. We helped each other during difficult times, and having a safe and non-toxic environment made a big difference. Professional networking plays an important role in continuous teacher development because it allows sharing of ideas, strategies, and experiences. Partnerships beyond the classroom can also enhance student learning by providing additional resources, support systems, and real-world connections.
